Renée was super friendly and easy to talk to, would reccomend this hidden gem to anyone. Everything was exactly as Renée's listing said it would be. We were arriving late as we were travelling from New Brunswick, but Renée made sure that we were able to access the keys and get into the place without a hitch.
Our entire stay was peaceful and enjoyable. We didn't meet Renée until the second day, but she was very friendly and wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed!
The entire place was spotless and the sheets were clean and fresh. The location was amazing, everything you could ask for. Merci à vous deux. I really loved staying in Longueil. It is just a short drive mins across the Jaques-Cartier Bridge directly into Montreal. I would even say it's closer than other parts of Montreal so please don't let the location deter you from staying here.
Renee and Matthew were so accomodating. I felt like I was home and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I asked for an iron and it was provided promptly and Renee even went out to buy a mini-one the next day!
She is very open to suggestions and told us so. Two Bottles of water, some ground coffee and milk were provided thank you! I went to the local supermarket to get big liters of water as well as more coffee. When I went to the Jean-Tallon Farmer's Market, I was so tempted to buy a meal and cook it back in the apartment because almost everything was there no oil.
There are maps and books about Montreal here so no need to worry about getting lost. I loved it here! We had a very nice time in Montreal and one main reason was the place that we rented with Renee and her husband. The place was cozy, nice for 2 people with all what you really need. It has a bed room and living room with a TV each separated by two doors from the very nice kitchen - dinning room just as shown in the pictures. But the most important was their hosting, nice welcoming and guiding advice about the city. Whatever we needed, they provided it, right away.

Very safe neighborhood and lovely place to stay 10 min from Montreal downtown. We really felt home, thank to Renee and her husband as well. We highly recommend their place any time, except September next year, when mostly likely we will be renting their place again. Renée nous a accueilli en personne et est quelqu'un de très sympathique. Ma fille Ludivine a été super bien reçue par Renée et Mathieu pendant les quatre mois qu'elle a passée au Québec. Je n'ai eu que des compliments de ma fille, malgré qu'elle se trouvait éloignée de chez elle à plus de 5.
Elle a été accueillie comme faisant partie de la famille. D'ailleurs pour elle, s'est devenu sa famille québécoise.
Elle n'oubliera jamais son séjour qui a été extraordinaire à tout point de vue. Et c'est avec regret qu'elle quitte Montréal pour revenir en Belgique malgré qu'elle soit heureuse de retrouver sa famille. J'espère qu'elle continuera à garder des contacts avec Renée, Mathieu et toute la famille. Elle a trouvé en eux une famille qui a su s'occuper d'elle quand elle se sentait un peu seule.

This ground floor condo was an excellent choice for the three of us; very spacious, comfortable, clean, with big bedrooms, a nice kitchen and bath, and it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The instructions for the check in and check out was very easy to follow.
The space is as described and accurately shown in the provided photos. The location is excellent. With a shopping centre, supermarket and gas station just about 2 blocks away. The extra bonus is that there is a free dedicated parking spot on the property. Also, there was a nice dog next door watching us every morning when we leave and just being a dog.
The communication with our host Cheryl was top notch and any questions we had were responded very quickly. Would definitely stay here again and will highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montreal. This was a very nice condo very well located for the purpose of my trip. It was quiet, well maintained and a free parking at a back which is very convenient when you are in a big city.

Much natural lighting during the day and great family environment for us to play games during family nights. The 5-year-old liekdd it so much she didn't want to go on outings. Very clean and all necessities included. We were thrilled to see laundry and dryer in placr, it was all could have hoped for. I would recommend to visit here with a car as the metro station would be a little ways out. But still abundant amenities around for daily needs with a mall just a block away.
